(1) In the environmental study report, the proposer shall analyze in detail the adverse effects that may occur on the environment during the implementation of such a proposal and the various options that can be adopted for its mitigation, and recommend the most suitable option for implementing the proposal from among such options and the basis and reason for implementing that option.
(2) While preparing the environmental study report in accordance with sub-section (1), the proponent shall also mention the initial, medium and long-term adverse effects on the environment during the implementation of the project and the methods and procedures to be followed for their mitigation.
